@x0xpinkipodx0x Regular butter taste better. You could use it for spreads etc. It does work good in stir-fry's

Thank you so much! I've been wanting to make homemade naan for the longest time, and using ghee instead of just regular butter makes worlds of difference, but didn't realize how easy it was to do it yourself. Love all your videos.

@panzerexe Yes it is supper easy. Just be sure to filter when its still warm.
