I reviewed this case from the very start and refrained from any comments untill all the evidence was presented and the jury reached a verdict. In my opinion, there is a great deal more to this case then anyone could imagine. Was this a murder, accident, or something far more sinister? Was Casey that good of a liar? I dont think so. Is Caylee in a better place? I have reason to believe that she is. Things are not what they seem to be. Stay tuned.
The fact is that there is a huge section of the American public that identifies significantly more with a 20 something year old mother than with a 2 year old child. In many ways a 2 year old child has an unreal, amorphous quality to them in the minds of many. And I think this was reflected in the verdict.

Like it or not the justice system worked. Andrea Yates was a God fearing christian that went to church 3 times a week and she drowned 5 kids...circumstantial is just that. Do people even know what a jury is supposed to do? They're supposed to act on emotion and what they feel in their heart. We don't need random citizens to determine a case based on evidence alone. Judges and lawyers are more than qualified to do that without outside assistance. Fact is, evidence can be hidden, destroyed, or forged. You can't rely on it. That's why there's a jury. Jury are inexperienced people like us that are SUPPOSED to rely on emotion but idk what the hell they were smoking.

Bill dude. There was no direct evidence. She might has had Chloroform in her car and had searched for it online but it does NOT mean she killed her. This is how our justice system works. If it is possible that she bought it and had someone else use it then she is not guilty of murder but is an accomplice. Does Casey deserve to be in jail? YES but unfortunately the charges did not fit the evidence. That is the prosecutions fault. She is guilty of misconduct, neglect and endangerment.

Ppl watch way too much CSI / Law& Order expecting to see smoking gun evidence with cool technology. In most case circumstancial evidence is all there is, motive & cause of death aren't required to be found guilty cause in some cases a dead body might not be available. Reasonable doubt only has to be 50% or more not 80,90 or 100%

How many murder cases are solved on pure circumstantial evidence? It is rare to get any conviction on pure circumstantial evidence let alone murder....it is possible but certainly not in this case I think most ANY lawyer in America believes this was a just verdict for the evidence.

I'll repeat cause of death & motive aren't need to be found gulity & circumstanial evidence isn't the same as dismissive HEARSAY. Many minorities have been convicted & sentenced to life imprisonment or death row w/ less or NO evidence, some have been released & exonerated.

If there was testimony from her friends & family stating that Casey abused Caylee while she was alive, it would be obvious that she didn't want her around. But nobody can say that ever abused or neglected her while she was alive, so there's no evidence leading up to her death. I reviewed this case from the very start and refrained from any comments untill all the evidence was presented and the jury reached a verdict. In my opinion, there is a great deal more to this case then anyone could imagine. Was this a murder, accident, or something far more sinister? Was Casey that good of a liar? I dont think so. Is Caylee in a better place? I have reason to believe that she is. Things are not what they seem to be. Stay tuned.

OReilly is, as always, absolutely "CERTAIN". (See the movie "Doubt" that lays the certainty process out clearly.) The "Far Left" and the "Far Right" on any issue are always certain. You'll notice over and over again from Nancy Grace to O'Reily and others like them that they always ignore any statement that disagrees with their certainty. I believe that most rational people, who are secure enough to admit degrees of doubt , feel that there was a tragic accident that Casey was a part of.

If it was, nut cases like you would have everyone you disagree with put to death. Thirdly, you are a violent mental case that needs help so get it between prison sentences.
