I said it before and I will say it again. Her voice is so unique, it feels like velvet, so smooth and at the same time it has so much soul in it. Absolutely outstanding. I never cared too much for actually buying anything other contestants would release, but if Sophie will release something I def will buy it. That tone in her voice is just untouchably beautiful...

@jo1ien I agree with you about Frankie. Unless you are a horny teenage girl he's all style and little substance. Unfortunately it is the teenage girls that are voting. Wish he had gone home the first time he was in the bottom 2. Johnny on the other hand is a bit silly but really can sing. However Louis seems content on turning his acts into circus freaks. Good thing Goldie recognized this and chose to keep her dignity-and save us all from the horror of having to watch her humiliate herself.

@zuppinger99 The song she's singing is Shelter by The XX. She does sing really beautifull indeed :) Especially this song. It's a shame that she's been eliminated and is even worse that Frankie and Johnny are still in the show.

@dublinberry Totally agree with you, its like Lucie Jones two years ago, got in the sing off with Jedward(sorry, your from Ireland) and got hooved out, thats when i started to think its fixed, then Mceldrey wins, Lucie was by far the best that year just like our Sophie this year, such a shame.

Hopefully she'll do something outside the X-Factor. They didn't want her to win, hence the lack of screen time during the auditions phase. If she was singing for survival against anyone else other than Janet, she would have stayed I'm certain of it.

why bother with the sing off if the sing off isn't going to matter? sophie did a 100% of a better job than misha did in the sing off... if it was based on the sing off.... sophie would have stayed. i think what kelly said was terrible.... this performance showed me how much sophie wanted it. sophie's got a beautiful voice and i will buy her record when it comes out!
