My man used trowels, it came out great...only where we burnished. The customer requested to not have it burnished so it would look fucked up in the end and try to have a complaint to get out of paying, which they did. They tried to take me to court, couldn't and now have a mechanics lean on their home for refusing to pay. God I love this business!
Dude, if a customer asked me to do that I would walk away and tell them to go get some paint, its an insult to the art of venetian plaster, never seen it put on with a paint brush and must be very dis-heartening to use this venetian plaster to a small percentage of its potential and quality. - Also a tip, Cut your corners in as you go along, not sure how you managed to get away with going back to it, as the rule with this stuff is to work meter x meter, if u go back to it it doesnt bond properly
