@ramizfahad aint no new prince .... its the SOT prince but the game is between SOT and WW ( there where 7 years between the two games so lots of space for another adventure)

As far as I remember the game ''battles of prince of persia'' for the DS was the game which covered the part between Sands of Time and Warrior Within. I didnt play that game but that is what it stated.

Also note the huge outtakes the two thrones had. From all those outtakes you could make one completely new game! (search for the trailers here on youtube or on the ubisoft site)

I hate that they are going back to the sands of time other than continuing from the prince of persia game in 2008.They left you hanging and you thought the expansion would end it but they're not finishing it.Probably because the controls where so repetitive and you just repeated it over and over again but I still like the newest character.

i think that pop forgotten sands will tell the story between pop the sands of time and warrior within...i think they want to show how the change from the young prince to master warrior was achieved...THAT WOULD BE A GREAT IDEA....but that's just me! I TRUST IN UBISOFT AND THE POP TEAM AND YOU SHOULD ALSO.

I think that change was already shown in "battles of prince of persia" in NDS, hope it would be the continuation of the alternate ending in popww where kaileena died and was consumed by the dahaka

the newest prince of persia is out of here. Since popww has 2 different endings and the story is about time itself there are actually lots of prequel, midquel (if there's such a word), or sequel that ubisoft could think of

plus, the sands wouldn't be present then, since they are only re-opened in warrior within. and sands is the main feature of the game

i believe this game will be a disaster like jak and daxter the lost frontier . because when a series is over its over . Since the series was rebooted in 2008 there should be a sequel to this game not on sands of time we need to see new things

The figure he looks like the one from Warrior Within, I already know it is the prince from the SOT trilogy or Kakalukium (probably not spelt right but you get the idea) as he called himself at the end of PoP SOT, so my guess is, it is a sequel to the SOT but a prequel to WW.

that word is the word that farah's mother used to say at her when she was lost. she told that to the prince. then in the end, she did not remember anything. but he still knows it. when he tells her to call him that name, she figures out the story is true, because she didn't tell him, because time went back. but as he still knew it.... simple

You think I don't know this stuff I never said it was his name re-read my comment and according to the trailer my theories about the game look a lot more closer to what the game is going to be about, I know I have every Prince of Persia game and actually what happens between the SoT and WW, seen how it is a 7 year gap, he fights wars for persia, and then the dahaka starts to chase him latter, and did you see what he looked like in the trailer more towards the one from SoT but with WW clothes.

but that was just a teaser, early project. if its a story betweem SOT and WW, you wouldn't be able to control time, which is the thing that make this games so unique. its the main feature.

by the look of this poster, the Prince is wearing the warrior within armor, he's holding a weapon in his right hand (and something else! is it the dagger?) and no weapons in his left hand. His left hand looks weird too! is he wearing a glove?

its too long to be the dagger. if its after the two thrones, it probably is his father's sword. and the hand is just his armor. if you see it well, and he also has one in this other hand
