Leo is a LIAR they Made those Rules after a Group of Juggalos Ended up Fighting a GANG on Cape Cod called "The White Tees". So In that case no one should be allowed to wear white tees on cape cod because it is Gang Related. Anything and Everything is Gang Related Depending on Whose Viewing it. It is Prejudice and This is So Ridiculous. I'm was Just saying how I'm going down to city hall, and now I Deff. am
