u guys stupid, atoms r much smaller than the needle, those might be something else (some sort of molecules made by atoms) but definitely not atoms. theyre just too big when we compare them with the needle.

it is absolutly not real atomic model- because atoms did not exist as a spheres - now ,accordind by a strings theory - it is some kind of electric strings or something . but your experiment is AMAZING - good job! hope you understand what i tried to say.
