Xperl to start off with, any actionbar mod like Dominos, Bongos, Trinity or BarTender, etc, Eepanels and MSBT. He seems to have his blizzard scrolling combat text on scroll-up-arc mode.

I haven't done this boss before, but I am guessing the tank has to keep jumping or moving like everyone else so he doesnt get frozen. just like Keristrazsa in The Nexus.
