one question-if it was so importent to protect SG-1-why did they only send the new ships-why not the regular f-18 or other planes? :S

because the F-302s were could also go in space if they needed to. Not to mention that the F-302 pilots all had security clearence, new the stargate, promethius and who anubis was.

staff cannons are not that accurate and our railguns are almost as powerull as the staff weapons,but way more accurate,and goa'uld weapons are usualy made to scare people,if u know what i mean:"look,i have the blazing explosive glowing light emmiting weapon and u have bows and arrows",not working anymore XD

They are called the "Goa'uld" and most times, they are pronouced as written BUT at least Hammond and Jack have, on many occasions, pronounced their names as "Gool". I noticed this because it always struck me as odd how Jack, Hammond (and sometimes others?) would rotate the pronunciation of Goa'uld.
