  • I LYK IT ROCKING FEET.. BUT .. as you say.. body moving forward n backward.However, if we kick with the front feet while moving body slightly backward n vice versa. I think it this kind of patter of move can be easily identify by the opponent.. ? INIT..?

  • you will never kick with the leg that is supporting your weight. And when you are fighting someone, when you shift you weight quickly it is easy to conceal which leg you are going to kick with. Usually, though you don't decide what to do while you're fighting, so these exercises will train your balance and instincts.

  • you are correct brother.. BUT.. the movements in the forms are platforms for launching techniques, movements flow seemlesly into one another. it is so contrary to our expectations when we first view forms but the forms are designed to tune our balance and from balance we develop power. You will only realise this with dedicated practice, if your legs aren't burning after training you have wasted your time. the slower you can do it the faster you will learn. ultimately the less you move the better
