Dyson came out with the Airblade in 2006. The Bio JetDrier came out 3 years beforehand in 2003. It is huge in Europe, Asia, and Australia but was not introduced to the US market until 2010. Both are great machines. Dyson is a bit louder and drips waste water on the floor while Bio JetDrier stores waste water in a tank keeping walls and floors dry. Many have chosen the Bio JetDrier in side-by-side tests.
