1 minute 37 seconds in it says. "Avian outbreak in 2009". The video was posted on YouTube in 2007. That means the game was probably written in 2006 or before. February 25th, 2008 in North America was the actual release date.

Even the trailer without the Avian flu outbreak mentioned is pretty interesting.
