if this has ht624-25 serial ur messed up this is the guinie pig of htc. but i you have a ht630 above ur good. solution: just go get a business card, use the side edge of business card to insert it in the sides of the screen. sweep all corners. and u should have a good alignment. the thing is its just "dirty". so the touchscreen is having multiple signals and it became confuse.

Just find a thin piece of plastic, something like a credit card.
You are going to use the plastic by inserting it as far as you can go in between the screen and plastic beezel. You will feel a ruberish material. That foam is creating some pressure in the digitizer and thus creating problems. Go all the way around the screen.
Once complete, recalibrate the pocket pc.
If done correctly, you won't see any calibration problems again.
nope it didn't work by just aligning the screen again... the problem kept coming back.. anyway return back the problem model to dopod for a new one.. problem went away after that...

nope it didn't work by just aligning the screen again... the problem kept coming back.. anyway return back the problem model to dopod for a new one.. problem went away after that...
