Regarding the video, actually the official explain was these pilgrims illegally crossed the boarders without passport, permission. In chinese boarder rule, the soldiers actually have the rights to stop them, killing them is a choice. Just a few days ago,Eritrean refugee killed trying to enter Israel illegally . So were they going to see Dai lailama in the legal way, nobody is going to harm them, though the government does not like the idea.

You can't expect it improve in short period of time, expecially given the Asian culture , values, and the history of ancient China.We do know that the amount of human right is proportional to the wealth of the country. What's the point of talking of political freedom when you are starving to death? With the increasing pressure,the chinese government is improving it. However, given the communism nature of China, total freedom is inpossible, at least not now.

Regarding the video, actually the official explain was these pilgrims illegally crossed the boarders without passport, permission. In chinese boarder rule, the soldiers actually have the rights to stop them, killing them is a choice. Just a few days ago,Eritrean refugee killed trying to enter Israel illegally .
