How do we get Mother ending?

This is a good ending, but not the best. Eileen was saved, and Henry was alive. But the bad thing was that the room 302 was still haunted by evils. It meant the next victim most likely would be the next dweller of room 302. Horror.

No the best ending is *escape* where u get rid of the hauntings in the room and eileen lives
