Add light percussion in it, use Cabasa, Bongo's and conga's and cymbal(s) to give the song a bit more power.

Anyway, its still a great song to listen without percussion.

Honestly, this cover is great. I almost can see you playing guitar doing those awesome bendings. Your style reminds me to David Gilmour. And your guitar sound, perfect match for the song. I would add a bass guitar or some percussion to make a HIT of it. Good work. What about a cover of "Human nature" of Michael Jackson? You could do a great job with it.

Now this is more like it. I can hear real musicianship. Not just cuz I love the melody which I do, but rather thru the beautiful phrasing and nice juxtaposition of the chords and melody, esp with the lovely mellow tones of the melody guitar.

If you could try and bring some of this styling into your original music I think you could be on to someting I'd tink bout introducing a female vocalist as well Not to make it more 'Damien Ricey' more to add a contrast to a genre which is predominantly male
