What resolution do you have in the game? I play it in 1440×900 on similar GPU (Ati Radeon Mobility 3650), I have it also on max but without AA. FPS 30-50 with cam behind the car.

I think the physics in CMR 05 are much much better, but this game has a lot better graphics.
