i want to get a camera and miniDV are the best priced but they all connect through firewire, problem is my laptop doesnt have a firewire port, can i get an adapter or something like that and i dont have a space for the card
The adapter on the front of the card is used to connect to any front-side access ports on your computer case. My old antec case as a front-side usb and firewire. Most dells come with a couple of front-side usb ports.
