One thing I loved where the personalities of the charecters you buy from money bags you have ;

shiela is kind hearted and caring

sgt. byrd is strict and tough as nails

bently is intelligent (Like the one from the sly series not as intelligent) yet not afraid to use brute force ( which I love)

agent 9 is just plain crazy and hy-hy-HYPER

even spyro himself it shows in this game hes more cocky and determined to find those dragon eggs.

Insomniac games really put some thought in this game

You are quite a good reviewer, I must say. This game(and the other two games in the Spyro trilogy) do look like a lot of fun. It's a shame that me and my family missed out on them during the days that the PS1 was around. I played a small bit of this game in a hotel room, but that was it.

I was looking in my closet when I found my PS1. It reminded me that I once had Spyro: Dragonfly or something like that. Gave me a strange sence of nolstalgia when I saw it on youtube. Did you review it? If not, is it worth the money?

I'm really sorry to say this but I played this game I don't like it! I hope people don't mind it I played this game and despise it! I nearly cried when I tried it It felt so wrong! it wasn't right! don't think I'll play it tonight! I played this game and don't like it! I don't like it! Enter the dragonfly was fun I wouldn't knock it It was the only game I knew when I met spyro this game just really doesn't work I cannot say why It was so bad it almost hurt I wuld rather die

Based on the trilogy, Year of the Dragon is the best. Based on the 6 games in the Main Series, A Hero's Tail is the best in my opinion. Both the games were fun as fuck!! XD

Great review, well scripted and good choice of gameplay clips. You do need a better mic though! :P. I've just discovered the Spyro games when i bought my PS1 a few months back (yeah I know, only 3 generations behind everyone else!) I've already completed Spyro 1 and 2, and this review convinced me that i need to get the 3rd one! Only problem is it's really rare now.

Its kinda strange because in gexups review of Spyro 2, and later his naughty dog vs insomniac vid he claims that most people will say Spyro 1 or Spyro 3 are what most people say are the best. In his videos he claims that most people dont notice Spyro 2 as much because there to busy paying attention to either spyro 1 or 3.

His vids are worth checking out since he's not only the ultimate naughtydog/ insomniac fan, but also the ultimate platformer fan as well.

@Edgefox88 I already know him. He's awesome and he inspired me to do reviews, top 10s and all that. And him saying Spyro 2 is the best, thats his opinion, which I can respect. I will admit, Spyro 2 did have the best music and boss battles, but to me, the gameplay is whats most important, and I think Spyro 3's was more challenging and addicting. but eh, we all have a different taste in gaming.

@Zookstar1000 I think what he's trying to say is that it's weird how you say most people say either the Spyro the Dragon or Ripto's Rage is the best, but you're one of the few people who thinks Year of the Dragon is the best. While Gexup says that most people say Spyro the Dragon or Year of the Dragon is the best, and he's one of the few people who thinks Ripto's Rage is the best.

i found secret trick to beat the cat witches in that side mission if you fly right next to the hole where they come out and keep shooting rockets you can take most of them out nice review btw

@rometwins96 I don't know about you, but I didn't think EtD was a TERRIBLE game; although admittedly Spyros 1 through 3 were a billion times better. It was the Legend of Spyro ones and whatnot that blew the big one.
