This is sure to piss off some Ozzy fans. I don't think he show had done any Sabbath songs live period. I understand maybe the lack of material on the first tour. But by the time the Diary tour was on, they had enough material. Iron Man, Paranoid, and Children of the Grave? C'mon man! Lazy on Ozzy's part. I'd take Tonight, Little Dolls, And SATO....add in a little Dee/acoustic Randy set and you had it made! But No Bone Movies? Probably the worst song of the first two albums!

i know the quality is crappy but to me this is awesome! i was at this show and had the pleasure of seeing randy live..my first and unfortunaly only time. motorhead opened the show that night. i remember there were all these goofs dressed in black robs and shit there mixed in with all the kids wearing leather..it was a wild crowd and a show i never forgot. so cool to see this after all these years.

They do better in live, try listen in the Tribute Album. Look how they perform...since Randy Rhoads was there with them they where full of energy, even Ozzy was crack out those days, Sarzo and Aldridge were great too, but now even Zakk was good he can't light up the past. If you know Randy Rhoads he's one of the a kind Great Guitarist...there a lot of great guitarist but you just can't compare them....Rest In Peace Randy Rhoads.

If I have the date correct, the first time solo in NYC was 80 or 81. (It was Spring, when Catholic kids receive communion).

Anyway, it was a sick show (before Osbourne became a laughable parody of himself). People were burning these huge crosses all over the concert floor of the Palladium (kinda like a Manhattan version of a KKK rally)...I'm still surprised the entire place didn't burn to the ground.

I Wish! The sad fact is that there really isn't anything of Ozzy and Randy that was professionally recorded except what's on Tribute and the After Hours stuff in Rochester.

The TV show Entertainment Tonight got some footage of the souncheck to the first date of the Diary of a Madman tour, but the status of that's unknown. Shame, because I'd love to see and hear more of them together.
