i dont think its the tv or the cable thats wrong... the reason the tv looks is because the camera makes it look that way....just try recording your tv with your camera it should do the same thing....

There is nothing wrong with the TV or the cable.

The only thing that is happing, is his video camera is picking up the refresh rate of the CRT TV, you will see this on any CRT.
