The person singing is part of the background vocals, but this still counts as instrumental track.

and the people complaining about him being off key, actually he's not.

He's singing the harmony... so if you can't stick to the melody while

he's singing the harmont that means you don't have a trained ear.

ill admit when backgrounds are off, this one isnt, to me. rarely do i find background singers off key, its usually the person hearing their voice (thinking its on tune) clashing with the actually on tune singers. ive had my pitch tested, so id like to think i know what im talking about lol. i dunno lets just say theres a reason why everyone isnt a pro singer.

if you're being thrown off by the backing vocalist, you're not concentrating on what you should be. You really have to listen to YOUR voice, and play the actual track in your mind. The keys are very easy to remember, so once you're on track,, just keep your train of thought.

just try to listen to the sound on your other ear and cover your other ear to focus on your singing.. It's what most singers do especially if they have back-ups that hits a totally different, more often than not, higher note. I'm no pro but it works :)

Actually the background singer is perfect. You just have to be able to hear your own voice and sing the melody. Hes singing the harmony.
