I just want to know, how does this differ from any other potato cannon/gun thing? It seems to me that is more about the shape of the gun or the aerosol used that differs its range, accuracy and power. or am I missing something? I honestly don't know.
@xLikeMeOrDontx generally speaking, most spudguns don't go this in depth for a firing system. most of the time, they use a piezoelectric grill igniter or just a flint you spin. no real gain to it, besides the fact that at the push of a button you always have spark. unless a wire falls off, of course. But yes, also generally speaking, the shape and fuel are what make the biggest impact on range etc. large combustion chamber to small barrel=lots of psi(dangerous) but makes the spud go farther
@jackm7222 the middle piece, which has the almost "pistol-grip" like shape, is called a wye fitting, and the back piece is just a pvc cap, joined by a length of pvc that fits inside if. hope i cleared everything up.
