Partial to Belgian beers meself. I make a great HG clone, and a nice blueberry and raspberry wheat. Although I enjoy a Boddington's now and again (which I've also tried my hand at, not as sucessfully tho IMO) For  me, brewing is not just about getting away from lager, which I've never much liked, but if you make your own, its loads cheaper and fresher and no alcohol tax. I'll never give those murdering thief politicians a cent more than I have to.
