hey hanh, when you do chest on a day, should u work on all parts of ur chest, such a upper, middle, and lower, or does it not matter? cuz i noticed that andrew didnt do his lower chest. Doesnt that affect symmety?
@CaKe4L1fe Declined bench is really just a waste of time. Its going to give you a saggy looking chest. Inclined bench and flat is going to develop a really nice chest.

@ninjagaru well i always alternate each chest workout. If i started my last chest workout with flat bench then id start my next with incline. Usually you get more reps and more weight with your first exercise. Most likely he was just alternating : )

Hey Hanh, recently when I've been doing chest workouts, I don't get any good pumps and at the end of the workout, my chest is really soft(When I flex, the muscle doesn't harden up, it's really soft). Is this a bad thing..?
@Bima369 Try focusing more on the negative part of the rep, control down for about 2 seconds and explode up... Also try using a wider grip, I had this problem for a while but it's because I have strong triceps, using a wider grip took it off the tricep a little more. Make sure your going all the way down at the bottom part of the movement because thats the part which works the chest most. Hope this helped.
@Bima369 i dunno about not getting the pump stuff, but i get that feeling that my chest is really soft after the workout. Once i wake up the next day it's really sore which I kinda enjoy :P
p.s. this only happens to me when i get like 6 exercises for chest, once i started the push/pull/legs routine and started doing only 2 exercises per chest, the soreness still comes but that feeling of softness went away. Hope that helped.

I do get really sore from my lower back (as you would expect from most people new to dead lifting). The thing is, I'm not sure if it's "pain" or "sore" because I've read around that dead lifts do target the lower back (correct me if I'm wrong).
So I'm just curious how can you tell from a "good" sore from a "bad" sore. Thanks.

@HanhChampion Oh yeah I was just wondering because if you're going that route, I would invest in a DSLR since it has excellent video capabilities along with photo shooting. Plus the stuff you like to record usually doesn't involve your running around with your camera and stuff.
@ilthemsc eat clean, lift big ass weights. If you can do more than 15, the weight is too light. If you're aiming for 15, the weight is too light. You should be aiming for about 10 reps and it's ok to fail if you don't get there. Even if you only do 5 reps. That's it. You will not get super jacked and swole.
@XxStreetNinjaxX haha its okay it happens. I had a slight injury on my right quad the other month. It healed up in a week. Just eat/sleep good it'll be fine.

@saylasso that's because all chest exercises are pressing exercises (just like how all back exercises are all pulling motions)....the only other way to work your chest is via flys, and that doesn't make you big. Compound lifts > isolation.
I like doing the stairmaster after my workouts for cardio as well. Can you tell me what level/amount of time he does after working out? I'm just curious to how it matches up with what I do. Thanks!
@contagiousFX From what I know, most bodybuilders increase the amount of reps and sets as they get closer and closer to competition. This will create a greater demand on calories, and will help them tone out faster.
