I was wanting to do a review on an editorial on 'sexting' because this trend or whatever you want to call it has obviously been getting a lot of recognition and rightfully so. Stop blaming it on age. Any female in this case who doesn't show significant aging in appearance, jobless, and under the authority of schooling along with many others in the same age-group (this and joblessness causes dependency) can be illuded into an alternate society. It explains "childish" behaviour in anyone. The system is a failure. This is social problem so don't bring developement into it. Look at how inmates try to gain popularity. I was wanting to do a review on an editorial on 'sexting' because this trend or whatever you want to call it has obviously been getting a lot of recognition and rightfully so. There needs to be raised awareness on it. Maybe even include discussions on it when students take sex ed. Kids need to be educated so that all this victimizing and bullying will stop. this story is really sad in so many ways. I dont mean to seem heartless but for some reason I feel like this story is not genuine. Well, it's a bit more complicated than that.. I admit, you're right about it being her fault that she sent out the picture, but the people she sent it to could have had a little more respect than to forward it to others. And about the suicide; it was emotionally traumatizing. Sometimes people don't come back from that and believe that suicide's the only answer. You're correct that there are other options, but she didn't think so. :( It's like that with abuse..
