I am fairly curious what Ryu and Ms. Killer herself think about her identity. Have they both realized that she's Haruka now, or are they still uncertain?

They both know for sure, that I am certain of.

My theory is that to protect each other (after "Ms. Killer" sees the chaos Black Shadow is capable of), both of them have to endure this hardship.

This not only prevents them from further danger from Black Shadow, but tests their faith in each other.
