If you have the game you have the cut scenes hence you can look at the cut scenes any time you want.. Cut scenes would be illogical and wasteful of bandwidth if included scene they make no direct contribution to the actual game play. Cut scenes are simply not needed here and correctly the person posting was entirely right in deleting long cut scenes from his video walk

@Paine981 This is a WALKTHROUGH. For people who HAVE THE GAME. If you have the game, you already have the cutscenes, and the walkthrough is showing you what to do. It's not exactly going to be any help if they waste time showing you cutscenes that no one needs help with

@Paine981 Yeah, you clearly don't know what's going on do you? Walkthroughs are specifically for people with the game who need help, regardless of if it's just a turning or a large part of the level. For example, there are a few bits in this which are very deadly if you hadn't noticed some of the tricks you need to do, and there are others where you get lost very easily. So that's the reason. And if you look at most of the people commenting, they own the game.

@Insane0industry Try to check the disc for scratches and then if it still does the thing with difficulties, turn to the store you bought it from. They will possibly check the disc and then check if the problem was created by "bad use" or if it was created by the store/shipping company/factory.

@Insane0industry I dunno what to tell ya. The production of the disk is done at factories where the game is writen on the disk so it could possibly be the result of a transferring error. I got it on easy and I need about 10 bullets to die with strengh mode.

MEEEEN FUCK THIS GAME.. i bought it for 10 euro and was like fuck yeah !.. the graphics were amazing.. specially the cave... BUT WHAT THE FUCK.. first i played on normal en i get one or 2 bullets.. im dead.. even if i used maximum armor

So i put it on easy ( and i hate playing on easy ).. AND WTMF !? THESE FUCKING FUCKING ALIENS HIT ME 1 TIME AND IM DEAD !? WTMF WTMF WT!!!!!?.. could this be a fault on my original disc or something.. it seems like im playing it on hard, while setting is easy..

@Insane0industry its not easy for sure even in easy mode i am trying to play this game on my laptop without usb mouse or joystick just the keyboad & mouse touchpad. hell its take hours to complete a mission but love it. the more hard it is the better. awesome game

At the part were you need to kill all the enemies during the timer part with Prophet, every time I kill the last enemy, it glitches and floats in mid air and the game won't go on and I have to restart the last check point and I HATE IT! Am I doing something wrong?

Well the burning cars and trucks could be survivors got destroyed by aliens during searching other survivors.

And i guess it can still be burning even 200 below,as long as there is fuel and oxygen,even a candle flame is 1000 c

But who knows,the developer may be just think of gameplay purpose ;p

If you dont like shooters, don't buy it - simple. But it's more sophisticated than the usual halo/doom 3/killzone mindless-shooting games.

This one offers plenty of story, characters, plot twists and great interactive environments.

Theres the nanosuit which can give you access to areas of the maps that allow you to sneak past enemies or flank them and the vehicles are an addition that you can choose to use.

the alien bit does make the game less fun. Once you discover them the koreans retreat from the island and then it's just a sci-fi shooter with no stealth or sniping :(.

there are online game modes too. But even if you don't play online the game has plenty of replay value. I'm playing through it again to see if I can sneak through only using the environment and objects to kill enemies.

I wish crytek was as creative as to give the hybrid alien weaponry a "heatup" phase, not a need to cool down because it works slightly contrary to human propulsion technology used for ballistics :) It should really OH STFU PROPHET (meh that npc is so annoying) require it to have some heat which it can absorb from the environment
