Shurtleff's reply, at 1:04:44, is sickening. He touts illegals' supposedly lower likelihood of being incarcerated. What he doesn't mention is the corrupt, de facto policy at the city and state levels of looking the other way at most crimes committed by illegals. An illegal found by the police to be in the country illegally AND in illegal possession of a firearm back in 2008, was not charged nor even arrested. Two years later, he now is charged with the April 2010 murder of a SLC woman.
