I think the world and creatin begin from a Lotus Flower laid on earth by the Supreme in the Universe who controls everything. Who is infinite beyond mind and intellect. The Earth goes through cycles of creation and destruction. Who knows how many times this has happened. not one or any scientist can prove this. Beliefs aren't all false. Beliefs without evidence are UNFOUNDED. I can believe a particular thing randomly, and by happenstance be correct. The belief could just as easily be wrong, depending on whatever it is I am believing. I just can't declare a belief to be true without evidence.
It is true that we shouldn't believe anything without evidence, although people do it all the time. It is also true that there is no evidence for god or gods.

"you know nothing until you know the opposite," comes to mind. think about this too, you can know a concept, an idea; but then experiencing that concept brings a much deeper understanding of the concept. hence god "exploring/experiencing" what he/she is through us. just some ideas i thought were cool to think about.

Actually, creating something according to our laws of nature is something temporal and subject to extinction in our current condition.Yet, if you insert an eternal being into the equation,that shows an omnipotent and omnipresent being that transcends creation and is responsible for creation,conscience,and morality.We as created beings in our understanding due to our environment think everything has to be created, but can't wrap our minds around an eternal being because of us being the creation.
