So because of how he portrays himself on the internet means hes a poor leader, I don't see how that ties into how he does he job. In order to be a poor leader he has to do his job poorly, which he has been doing a great job with the moshpit, and it wouldn't be possible without him or dave. So just because you don't like the guy doesn't make him a poor leader or that he should be kicked out.

I don't see why the uploads need to be from specific directors only. The goal should be to put up good battles with quality narration, regardless of who does it. What I mean is, if a chosen director sends in a crap battle and some unknown sends in a great battle, put up the unknown. This seems like a cop-out on screening the videos (something I don't think was done before at all) by just putting up whatever the chosen directors send in and relegating everyone else to a secondary channel.
