I tried this and it came out so well!! Easy recipie, thanks a lot! I also added a little minced garlic at the center of each before rolling the chicken.
I with you Frankie Swiss is not so yummy .what's the red thing u put on there i know the cheese and oregano and the butter but the other thing what is it
hi there, just a few things about the rolls,... you may try it with lighter slices of meat,... it can be both chicken or calf, and fill them with some prosciutto, both stuffed or not,... and a slice of mortdella adding some small pieces of carrot and celery. Cook them into a pan with some oil, a few pieces of garlic and some white wine, they will taste great!
Oooo..This looks exceptionally delicious, I'm definitely making this dish, and besides, I love cooking with wine; it makes me feel sophisticated...lol. Thanks Diana!
You are wonderful Diana..just discovered your videos a couple weeks ago while searching for a recipe for chicken rollitini.....I'm looking forward to making this..also love the fact that you enjoy Yellowtail Chardonnay..its my all time fav : ))..you guys are so entertaining..hope to see more videos : )....
Made a version of this tonight - thanks for the inspiration! I sliced in two - filled with fresh basel, parmesan, parsley, salt. Closed over, rolled in bacon and grilled. YUM!
Diana, I have a list of personal favorites I would one day like to see you prepare, if at all possible. Perhaps a batch of arancini, deep-fried Sicilian rice croquettes filled with a ragu of ground beef and peas, stuffed calamari, or baccala prepared in any style. Anyway, just something to think about, a chance to do something different and have fun experimenting with. I'm still hoping to create a cooking vid for you and Frankie one day. :) Thank you so much!!!
PrincessDiana161, thank you for posting this. I made this chicken rolattini two nights ago, and it was easy to make, with simple ingredients, and very delicious:)
Yayyy. I'm making my 3rd Diana Dish. Haha. My mom wants us to make this tomorrow for VDay. So we will try it out, my dad can't have too much salt so we're going to buy turkey bacon instead of prosciutto. Soo excited to finally be able to try this!! Have a good Valentine's tomorrow!!! =]
I watched this video a few times and then ran out in the snow to the grocery store. I have these in the oven right now and making some potato dumpings to go with. Thanks for all your recipes. I've decided to try them all.
My sister had a perfect, precious baby boy. He is gorgeous! But I know you know all about beautiful babies, right? Don't you just love to smell that baby smell? :-) I will keep looking for new delicious recipes as you post them. HI to Frankie!
I have to tell you, my sister just had a baby, and I wanted to stock their freezer with meals, so I made: Sauce 101, Baked Ziti, and this Chicken Rollatini. I bagged up the extra sauce, and she has meal-sized portions of these dishes all ready to go in her freezer. (We ate the Ziti and some of the chicken the night I baked it - YUMMY!) So, in addition to the Stuffed Strawberries which are ALWAYS a hit, thanks to you, I also was able to help my sister out. I LOVE your dishes, and your videos!!
I know what you mean about the thick chicken. I can't stand it no matter how it's cooked. I love this recipe! I can't wait to try it. I am a little nervous about the white wine because I don't drink wine so I don't know what would be a good wine. Any suggestions?
I think one suggestion might be to get a bit different background music. It doesn't need to be fancy, but I think it would greatly improve the feel of the video if the music was changed. Some classical string music would really accent these videos.
I can understand that, but I mean, classical music is free domain. You can use any one of the classical musicians you want, such as Tchaikovsky, Beethoven, Chopin, or any others you can think up.
Oh wait, just remembered. You may want to double check the music. Some may have copyrights, but most of those who made music around 1500's didn't get copyrights... not sure they needed them back then.
All I have to say is WOW! I made this for my lovely wife and kids and they absolutly loved it. You and Frankie rock, keep them videos coming. Lasagna Rolls and sauce 101 are tomorrow.
Love the show! Makes me homesick for NYC. I think I asked before, but would you please tell me about the cartoon knives? I love them. Are they plastic? Where can I get a set?
Haha! Damn it! The way you talk just makes me crave for some. You are a good advertiser there. XD Bleh. You're about to ruin my diet. LOL. But anyway, I love your videos... and your accent. :D Keep it up!
This is such a gorgeous dish, I had the hubby and my in-laws just loving me for it. I served it with some rice and veggies. Thank you SO much for sharing! You make us newlywed wives look good! <3~
I am so not a cook and there are a few dishes that I know, but THIS will make my fiance' (um and my mother, lol) so happy. Thanks, Diana. I hope we'll be as happy/crazy as you and Frankie.
I offer you my most heartfelt congratulations on the birth of your granddaughter. It's already apparent that she is loved by all of us here on your channel, and I know she will be nurtured with all the warmth and affection your family has to offer.

Frankie and Diana, dont get sick! That is a bad thing! You are so nice and a great couple! I wish all of Gods positive blessings upon you and you have a special gif coming unto you which you deserve! Food Network! Take note!
Diana, I made a pasta salad with walnuts, romaine lettuce, sharp cheddar cheese, black olives, rotini, celery, onion, pepperoni in chunks, fresh garlic, cauliflower and brocolli and tossed it in a blend of Italian and Vinagrette dressing!
Hey there princess I just want to thank you for posting these wonderful recipes here on youtube! I can not wait to make the meat gravy and the cheesecake for my friends.
