  • No, dispatch promised the load would be kept clean at the drivers expense...

  • WOW! What sadistic SOB made you tarp sows (aluminum ingots) to begin with? Thhose things'll cut your rags to sh*t!

  • @RCalhounIE Tha'ts a good question! Don't think I'd have taken that load in the first place as tarps are expensive. Wait, wait I have a curtain van. Never mind.

Tarping stuff that ended up out in a muddy yard always pissed me off.

  • @vwbeetleowner. why dont you shut that cockholster of yours? Obviously you cant read, if you could, you would know i wasnt talking about his video. I was talking about another douchebag who seems to think he knows it all like you. Unless your mouth is bleeding and needs a tampon like the useless twat you seem to be, take ur own advise and shut the fuck up.

  • @MrPackerfan11 Any chance you could be nice?

  • @MrPackerfan11 Packer Fan, chill out.

  • what are those? concrete slabs? why do you need to cover them??

  • @creamyfilling102 Aluminum ingots, carriers so often promise tarping as a part of the service included in the rate which is easy for them as they aren't ruining their tarps OR, doing the work!

  • @nd318865 Tarping Aluminum to me is a waste of time. Are you doing that simply to satisfy a customer???? I guess.

  • 2strokers...your such a douche..I guess your the man..seen it all and done it all...30 years taught you to be a complete ass, huh? I've done bigger and more valuable OD loads than what you've done om sure. Why can't you just appreciate and enjoy a vid ttt made? If your so hot, put up a vid and show us all what you got other than a big mouth.

  • @MrPackerfan11 Why dont you stop being an ass if you dont like his videos dont WATCH EM!!! Hows thats for starters! Otherwise shut the heck up.

  • Hey twotimes,i know what you mean by the wind and tarps.Funny thing is when i was with maverick i layed my tarp out on top and threw it over the sides and to get a bungy strapped but it was too late. The funny thing is that the tarp blew off and ended up into the highway in which 4 or five cares ran over

     it.

  • @gregcook98 lol thanks for sharing that, with the me first crowd this day in time, no one has time to stop and help pick it up eh....

  • @gregcook98 why did you leave maverick ? do you know if maverick hires out of truck driving school[s]

  • lol...I used to do the flatbed thing and I always said if you need a good breeze just follow a flatbed driver to the shipper cause it's always a breeze when you break out the tarps...I would always call the reciever if it was something that sounded crazy to tarp to find out if it was required. alot of brokers would say tarp just to cover their backside

  • Nothing but a gravy load. Wind are not . 10 minute tarp job . 30 years running flat beds here. Try tarping a machine thats 15 feet high 13 feet wide before they even put it on your tralier {lowboy} . Nothing square sharp points ever were. 5 whole tarps to cover it. Then they tell you to be careful its a 2 millon dollar machine. Now when you put up a video like that I might be some what impressed.

  • @nw2strokers I hear you Mr. Truck Driver

  • @nw2strokers Why dont you show proof you actually did that otherwise twotimes IS a MUCH better trucker than You could ever be.

  • @nw2strokers And you also charged them accordingly/.I hope

Those machines that are 13' high 12 wide get 3 machinery tarps PLUS carpet/corner protectors etc............JUST my service for tarping and chain/strap is $250...Plus Linehaul and permits.

I see brokers fuckin over truckers by paying by Sub-par rates and getting em moved! Stupid carriers.....

  • Hey TwoTimes....know how ya feel about the wind...was in N W Indiana got to the shipper it was 28 degrees..had those ole slinky coils to load..got loaded went to tarp....deck was frozen....tarp was about 120 pounds...had to use both..needless to say My backside followed Me down the road for about 10 miles...keep rolling and be safe

  • that for sure wouldnt get tarped, and for the TMC...(tarp my cargo) you mite want to look into another company, that place is going down, it wasnt like when I was there in 03, I have 7 drivers from there follow me to another flatbed co. good luck

  • ya man that would piss me off. keep it kicking!

  • Since when are aluminum Pigs needing a tarp??

I do many of those for Alcoa out of the ports of Chicago......Load-nGo!

  • @StayingBack71 I had to tarp a load of aluminum bleachers. The reason is that they want them shiny for the client.

  • I hate tarping !!! Great jobb man :)

  • as we say in the south my friend, bless your heart.....ha ha. would frustrate me a bit in thatr weather. and is that ice? on top of the freight.

  • ha ha ha ttt you do make me laugh too. tarpin in the wind ha. is that a new fishin show? ha ha. sorry. ya tarping is not easy but you make you make it look easy. later buddy. oh ya and DONTDRIVE FOR FREE! Stop cheap freight! dont drive it! let their load stay home!

  • @dontdriveforfree that's what I am doing with all freight, someone else is having to haul it cheap or not, too much population on the road these days, I have turned the pigeons loose my brotha

  • man you fuckin crack me up haha always have a good attitude thanks for the positive no bullshit outlook at trucking

  • Using this for my "flatbedding" study guide. Just got a job hauling building supplies :-) Can't thank you enough buddy. I guess that makes me crazy too. hehe

  • dumb ass if he folded the tarp rt he woukdn't had hald much problems

  • The only thing better then tarping in the wind, is trying to fold up frozen tarps in the wind. [:-)

  • LOL! Love the ending. Good job!!

  • god that looks like a pain in the ass, i think ill stick to my dry van union LTL job

  • LMAO... the end was the best! Wasn't that load precast? Why did it need tarping... seems water wouldn't hurt it? (Stupid question alert)

    Woody

  • It's a question of some government requirements man. As far as I understand, there is no country where it is allowed to haul an uncovered load no matter whether it could be hurt by water or whatever else.... you will be charged anyway

  • @khunboris I don't think so...

  • Damn you work fast I need you around my house lmao

  • Damn, i thought that this was going to be a tall load or a damn emj load out of schaumburg. I like these loads, just tall enough to keep the tarps from bunching, just long enough it takes one tarp, and just low enough, no ladder

  • Why do you even waste you're time at jorgensen............@ssholes to deal with.....wait all morning to load/unload.

I dont do any EMJ work or steel dynamics..My time is valuable to me.

  • Man I ran skatedboards for a year & a half, That is some tough truckin' I loaded a lot in Rensalear indiana, & the wind never stops blowing there.

  • Good job tarpin` that, I did my part on a flat bed, but I did cover only materials wich will damage by weather conditions, no cover for metal and bricks...

  • what is that ,aluminum ?

  • You're right bro...

Nothin' better than tarpin' in the wind :D

Keep it between the lines man...

Oh yeah, 5 *s for the vid...

    Sonny...

  • you we're not For Knight Refregirated ?

  • Oh damn...that's too much like work! lol!

You big strong feller you! I hope you're around the next time I drive a flatbed...I might need to borrow your muscles for a few! :)

  • I could have driven 100 miles for the time it took you to get that load together. Maybe you should call MDS again. LOL You are a hard worker I tip my hat.

  • go trucker go..Good to see you doing all that work. I will keep with these refers thank you very much

  • Hey 2times, you gotta love that wind, try tarpin into the wind next time, it seems to work 4 me. keeps the tarps from tryin to pull you off the load, 8ft lumber tarps don't help either does it?? on a lil load...good job brotha, Truckerg, fellow Flatbedder

  • I'm sure glad that guy at the end isn't crazy too!! Wouldn't want to meet him in a dark alley....he'd make me tarp his dam load for him!!! hahaha...great video there Mr. Two Times!!

  • Hey TruckerTwoTimes where you at there in MI Im from OTTAWA LAKE MI Near Blissfield Deerfield Adrean area

  • Hey buddy, like I said before, my hat is off to you and every other flat bedder out there. More work than I want to do.

  • seems like I get to tarp every load, I'm beat brother, thanks for the comment

  • Hello there TTT, sweet job tarping. I have one more week of CDL Class, and hopefully hitting the road with TMC to do some of that skateboarding thing they call flat bedding. Looks like fun. By the way, I need another case of that Montanner Bottled Air. I'm down to my last few bottles. The air here in Alabama is filled with to much other crap. That fresh Montanner Air does that body good.

  • Hey Man, TMC will sure put the fun on ya, you enjoy it when ya get there, look forward to some vids

  • Hey TRUCKERTWOTIMES where at in southern mi are you in this video because i from ottawa lake Mi thats right over the ohio mi border near blissfeild adrian and riga mi, and thanks for putting a new video on i like it mabe you can give us a tour of your truck again show us all your new stuff hahaha ok buddy see you later keep on trucking

  • lol your one cool dude.. are you high?

  • 5 11" from the bottom to the top

  • Hey Jeff , ihope you don't have to stay in this underpowered crackervolvo for to long. i hope for you that there will be another decent job and truck in the near future. and untill that happens take care and hang in there and stay safe.

  • Thank you, it does grieve me somewhat but I play it out best I can

  • I lived in southern MI.

  • Good show....Have you gotten any 4 ft drops yet? I was just at our Tulsa terminal and got 2 old tarps and cut em down to 4 ft drops, I look forward to using them

  • I got one the other day on a load and was able to use it recently since it was still on the same trailer I was hooked to, on the cracker box there isn't any storage for flatbed needed stuff like this, so when I switch trailers the 4 ft tarp goes with the trailer

  • Also Twotimes you haul many coils ? like 2 or more ??

  • I ain't hauled nary a one yet

  • I picked up a single 48,000 pound coil once and only had one tarp on my truck at the time which was a lumber tarp...THAT WAS FUN..after that it was not long i had a nice coil sleeve Haha

  • I know how much of a pain it can be tarpin in the wind when i pulled flatbed we hauled LOTS AND LOTS of lumber and i probably dont need to say anymore but after having my tarp blow off the top of that lumber a couple of times i figured it out our tarps had 8 ft drops and when one of those catch wind thier gone...Anyways man nice tarpin job

  • good job trucker!

  • Thank ya Ole Roos

  • are you an owner operator?

  • no sir, but I ought to be

  • Hey TruckerTwoTimes, that Tarpin will keep ya in shape. Ha! i use to truck with my ex we drove for atlas, so we had all the blankets to fold, bad enuff job.. Haha! well be safe, when ya come thr ohio give a Honk out to Misspresley....!

  • Nice job there TwoTimes, Tarping is no fun in the wind mate...

  • yes sir, that is correct :)

  • used to haul a bit of aluminum but they never made us tarp it as i recall.. It would cut the shit out of your straps is you weren't careful..Alcoa is what we hauled..gotta say i don't miss flat bed work at all.

  • I hear you, we tarp stuff when no one else does :( this was a lovely Alcoa aluminum dows load

  • i feel sorry for yah man do you think you could tell us why you lost your knight refrigeration job it seemed like a sweet deal

  • Yes, I'd be glad to, first thing they have a TTT unapproved idle policy that cost me 2 mph, second thing is the 435 hp cut down to 200 hp (good guess) and then as usual, I get burned out on working 7 days week for 3 to 6 weeks straight, Thanks for asking lol

  • I'm blown away at some of the things they make us tarp.

  • Hell Yes, me too, I think it is a welfare deal for the company to reap the 30 of 50 dollars ever whack

  • cool video man

  • LOL, thats funny.

  • if your askin me the hardest loads you can haul are oversize loads an deck frieght

  • Good video TTT, how you liking this flatbedding?

  • I like flatbedding, I would prefer a truck with a motor in it and a closet with standing room in the sleeper instead of this cracker box though

  • you almost made that look fun.

  • lol or at least like a crazy thing to be doin eh

  • the next top 10 hit for TTT

  • I'm glad you are giving an update to us. It would probibly be fun to have a truck like that.

  • yes sir, Cracker Boxes for everyone lol

  • thats cRaZy!

  • that's what I was thinking

  • Just wondering how the front held out at 60mph down the hwy? Or did the wind get in there and blow it up like a big balloon? I always make sure to have the tarp all the way to the deck on the front.

  • off camera I pulled the ends together and that covered everything except next to the floor, I used enough straps to make it tight enough that the wind didn't get under it

  • Why don't you like Southern Michigan?

  • I'm glad you asked that question, S Michigan has too much traffic i.e. population for the highway system, short ramps and split speed limits with left lane restrictions, makes it really hard to drive a big truck in for me anyway, I'm sure some like those conditions Thanks for askin

  • Compliments of the wind Great Tarp job neighbor

  • At least it wasn't snowing or raining. You should go and steal one of LittleTruckers "covered wagons". Just don't tell her I sent ya.

  • I'd look good pullin one of them units eh

  • Trucker Two Times, as soon as you get back on the yard, go to the safety office and tell them you need a drug test. you crazy bastard

  • thank ya, I'll get right on that lol

  • Great video no fun tarpin in the wind

  • Looking good. Looks like you lost some weight.
