What amazes me is that what he is saying about "a sufficient number of individuals are creating a specific frequency of the kind of earth they prefer"

This describes what GIN does and is doing, it started up a couple years ago by 30 of the non-parasitical elite class that didn't like where the world was going so they created this club per say and teach people how they can truly have be or do anything and everything they want effectively raising the vibration of 1000's of people drastically.

seems unlikely there will be any OC open contact for the near future and there is absolutely no need as the quantum threshold has been easily achieved and earth can with all its inhabitants move into new dimensions without any need whatsoever for open contact even with the illuminati programmmes entirely intact.
