I am bachelor living in Australia (i am from Indian), I am sick and tired of eating the same thing again and again (I know few things to cook).
Could you please show me how to cook some thing which is quick and easy, and more importantly healthy (Some thing which does not involve frying or using lot of ghee and oil)

This is not paturi.. The actual dish is called Ilish macher paturi because the fish is fried inside a big leaf..(in bengali pator means leaf)..
