I was one of the only LT fans who lived in NY back in the day. Every Monday in school my friends would be wearing random Jet and Giant jerseys, but I was always the guy wearing an LT jersey. Now that he's in NY I'm ecstatic, but it seems like no one even really cares that much. I just can't wait to go to the New Meadowlands stadium and see number 21 galloping across the field for my favorite team.

That's an odd response from a Charger fan given that LT was a large part of why the Chargers lost to the Jets. It's not like his complete failure to run more than five yards was due to the O-Line. anyone who thinks LT is washed up and doesnt have it anymore is trippin. with that O-line and FB richardson back for another season shoot theres no way LT doesnt get 1200 yards i say at least 1600 AP yards and 15 TDS. sproles longest carry of the season was 22 yards in the P.O loss to NY on a 3rd and LONG and the jets came out and played the pass only rushing 3 DL

LT is probably going to the jets, this is the true test to see if ladainian is washed up. Because they have a good o-line and if he doesn't has more than 4.3 yards per carry then he is washed up. Most likely he is :)

That's an odd response from a Charger fan given that LT was a large part of why the Chargers lost to the Jets. It's not like his complete failure to run more than five yards was due to the O-Line. LT has seriously declined. Cutting him made sense. Few RBs are good after 30, but no RB has ever improved after the post 30 decline begins.
Jets have good blocking, the SD D didn't play a bad game. If you want to blame Norv, blame him for not taking LT out. Sproles should have run that game.

@ jdlund lol putting sproles in there wouldnt of made a difference. The reason why he had one big run wa becuase it was 3rd n long and the jets were expecting the pass. The rest of the game he was not doing so hot. Norv basically gave up when he had the league he didnt want to extend for some reason. And if sproles was better than L.T he wouldnt of got 3 yards per carry when he was playing against MIA, when L.T was out. And Norv and nick kaeding are to blame for the game

Marty has never won a playoff game, not with CLE,KC, or SD. Martyball is dead & gone, hence LT's whining about only getting a couple hundred carries this year. (including rushing, receiving, and passing), he had a 33 td season, 21 td season, a 18 td season, 17 td season, and the rest were 12+ td seasons. if hes old, then how come he still scores 12 tds....750 yds isnt bad, Lendale White is YOUNG and he gets 750 yd seasons. LT is still legit.

I don't feel LT is done. Am not a chargers fan. He prob lost some but hes not done. I think he has a 1000 yard season left in him. His line is shitty as hell in san diego. They might be good on pass protection but not in the run game, kinda like the colts offensive line. Sproles is still explosive YET 93 ATT343 yards3.7 per carry. LT also had like 3.7. If both backs are having shitty stats. what does that mean? their offensive line is shitty. If san diego was smart they would draft lineman!!

what about them? sproles averaged 3.7 ypc, hester 3.5, tomlinson 3.3...only .4 difference...he is right there with them and he had 12 tds...chargers always releasing their veterans because they think they are washed up(seau, harrison, LT, brees...the list goes on) and thats why they will never win the SB with norv turner.

Actually he was guarding Vincent Jackson and he also was playing man on Antonio Gates .. they had 200+ receiving yards combined... Darrelle Revis is just another overrated player. Hes a good corner but isn't as great as people think... Quentin Jammer does the same exact shit, doesn't get as many ints, but since 2006 or 2007, I forgot, hes had the most PDs than any DB in the NFL.. but no one mentions him in the leagues top corners.
