Hey so what were your settings on the camera and what programs did you use to import and render and all? and if you know or can figure out, what kind of graphics card and processor do you have on your computer?
i saw you said you used XP+ and had it on shutter priority 1/30 at 30p FR.
I'm wondering what NLE software you use. I bought the HF S21 recently and am struggling mightily with Adobe Premiere Elements 8. Everything is choppy, regardless of my recording mode or the setup I choose in PE8. Very frustrating...
....Lastly and not for the faint of heart...THE ZONE. Ted Williams used to talk about when he was on a hitting streak and locked in mentally the ball and everything around him would slow down...In short this dude was experiencing some enhanced form of space-time perception. Sounds out there but play some field/court sports competively and you will come to find baseball is in a class of its own when experiencing this phenomenon!!

Which other sport can you FAIL 7 out of 10 times and still be concidered good? imagine a RB in football fumbling 7 times in one game..or a Basketball player missing 7 free throws in one game..a soccer goalie failing to save 7 straight goals..think about that IMBECILE!

Wow...if you have average hand eye coordination you will fail...strange that you find so many folks that quit and give up on this sport and this fact is what sums it up. I admit while on the court playing basketball i've seen guys with below average had eye and muscle coordination drain 3 pointer(and jumper) after 3 pointer but put that same guy on a baseball field with a wood bat and a pitcher throwing low 90's he would be a BIG FAILURE.
...that same guy/gal was the one who quit the game at 10 years old because they couldn't overcome the so called slow pace and/or the fact they only got 3-4 opportunities to shine and on defense they only touch the ball 3 times in 4 games...i love this sport for it not only requires candid athletic prowess but innate abilities one can not be taught...WHAT DO YOU THINK help M. JORDAN become so savvy? lol
what do you do to the video before posting to youtube, my videos are slowed down when youtube is finished processing them. Im uploading the raw mts file from the camera. Please tell me your process with this camera

You should use the software that came with the camera to acquire the video files. If not, you should still be able to find them under 'My Computer' and if the camera is powered on in playback mode, it will appear as another drive. They will be in a folder named 'STREAM'. Send me a private message if you need more assistance.
Thats one thing that sucks on this camcorder, is that you cant just drag and drop the videos, you have to run the software that came with it to create those files. hope this helps
I think I had it set to "XP+" which records at 12 Mbps.... highest quality is MXP (24 Mbps). It wouldn't really matter though since I rushed the render process.
@Educs Difference is in the bitrate (different video quality)..... MXP has the highest data rate, so that would be your highest quality setting (although makes for a very large file size and difficult to process without a high end machine).
@TimeLapseSteve I've got another question. Whenever I connect the camera to my Mac, a message appears on my LCD screen (the camera's screen) that says "Do not disconnect the USB cable nor the power supply with the camera conected to the PC. Imposible to turn it off or chance de operation mode". I cannot quit that message, what should I do in order to disconnect the camera without harming it?
@Educs You can do either... I found this to be weird too, but as long as you aren't actively transferring files, you are ok to disconnect the power supply and/or USB cable.
@Educs best thing to do is to put your HCSD card straight into your computer, if you dont have a built in card reader then just get an HCSD USB card reader for a few £/$...saves all the hassle of plugging the camera in and getting annoying messages etc.
