When I first got my roundoff BHS, I didnt close my legs either. So my coach tied my legs together with a scarf and now I always have my legs together! :)
Of course... I was 6 when I got my BHS and now Im doing halfs, but it worked!
can u give me sum tips im tryin to get this but im scared i had it once but thin was doin a tuck after it fell broke ma arm nor frightend to do it wen i do my round-off i pull back n stop
i would go to a gym and get a spotter, if your stopping before doing the bhs then that's a big problem. You need to practice not stopping and just going right into it, it will be SO much easier if you do, just get a spotter you trust. good luck! :)
they're pretty good. your flic (im from England!) is a little high. just don't jump as high as you usually do. apart from that, its looking real good :)
agh! i know, my coach always tells me that, they are so much easier if i go higher for some reason :/ i guess technically i can go back more i just never want to haha
you should probably not jump up in the air. that's why your wrists hurt. when you land go back, not up. that's also why its difficult to do consecutive BHSs. think of it like a slinky.
you could have done a round off backtuck just take your hands off at the last second

ur back handsprings go up way to high on the ground so giv it a little less power thats enough power for a back tuck☺

You need to go back and not up. Thats why it looks bad.

I think that you need more practice on the BHS. You need to get your legs straghter. Can you do the splits?

omg!
you get so much power you should just do a round off back tuck!

Nah, she just goes too high on her BHS. Don't mean there's a lot of power. That's how all of the 10 year olds do it in my gym.
It's just a matter of repetition and pushing back instead of up.
Also, doing RO Back Tuck teaches bad habits unless you learn RO BHS BTuck

thats really good! your legs are even straight
the only comment i have is you need to push back a little more
in your roundoff try to land on your heels so you are falling back maing it easier to push back
