Again in this vid's comment the battle between m40 and r700. Ok, m40 is overpowered due to less recoil but as people said it has a chance not to kill the target if you point low enough. I just hate this weapon cuz it makes everyone able to snipe ( not that im pro or something :P)

I prefer the r700 cuz its powerful and cool-looking (o.o)! People, if your only problem is taking the second shot, just pick r700, play much with it and make sure you won't ever need 2nd shot :)

Wrong, all snipers have pinpoint accuracy when looking through the scope. The R700 is statistically superior to the M40 bc of the damage modifiers, the R700 can 1 hit kill to the lower abdomen where the M40 will only hitmark. The higher recoil makes up for the higher chance of 1 hitting.

The M40 has the advantage of less sway so it's easier to quick scope but other than that the R700 is the better weapon. The M40's lower recoil also counters the lower modifiers so a 2nd shot is easier.
