9/11 was accomplished by the administration ,,ie George Bush, turning a blind eye and not hearing a thing even though details and intelligence was prevalent at that time that this was an attack that was already in action. They knew that and said that "if they attack us we'll just take Iraq and make a big scene over there" Unfortunetly they missed the small details , like the poor unfortunates of 9/11.
