hahaha. the drivers dont care if its an emergency or what. they should clear the road so that the police can get thru. Here in the philippines if you dont get out if the way, police will bump your car. hahahaha

Yup, unfortunately motorists here have the tendency to be ignorant:) But then the traffic is quite severe, in many cases there are no more space for them to yield anyway. Most motorists do yield though, only some "deaf" ones don't. Seldom do they get bump for failing to yield, it happens but rare.

What a nightmare traffic. No way, get an Helicopter instead of boring people even more in this lousy traffic.. SAO PAULO is like that, all VIP and others flies over the city, it's safer and even better, you see all the people stacked down there.
