I think a large problem occurs when some people see worship music. That is they may think this is the only way to be a good Christian. The truth is, real worship of God comes through everyday life. I really enjoy the work Hillsong puts out. But, we must take worship out into the world in our whole life. Not confining our worship to a fellowship hall. Where is the test of your faith and love you may claim to have; when all you do is listen to christian music, read the Bible, or only go to church?

If we are to be judged according to our works, deeds, and acts, all of us should be spending the eternity burning in hell. Can you show me anyone without sin? Its only grace that saves us from damnation. As for people who don't believe, I don't know their fate, nor am I supposed to speculate. Though I do really wish God would have some way to bring them to Him.

I tend to think there are more people who are idle, doing really nothing. Just living life on the most part for themselves or following the crowd. I often think good and bad are really loaded terms. Good and bad is more relative. I think a better way to compare or define the actions of people is selfish (self-serving) or self-less. It is better to share and think of yourself less than spend all your time being selfish.

Its no good to judge. In fact if others do that, it doesn't mean its evangelicals as you say do that. Its just demons which lead them to do that. I think a large problem occurs when some people see worship music. That is they may think this is the only way to be a good Christian. The truth is, real worship of God comes through everyday life. I really enjoy the work Hillsong puts out. But, we must take worship out into the world in our whole life. Not confining our worship to a fellowship hall. Where is the test of your faith and love you may claim to have; when all you do is listen to christian music, read the Bible, or only go to church?

as christians, we must be supportive towards such communities not judgemental, if there is any hope of bringing them to the right side... the fact that they are gay but still claim to be christian proves they want to be touched, and only if we support them and show them they are loved for who they are, as in their person which is perfect and made in the image of God, thats when there is hope of them realizing it too...

i do not condemn gay people, i do not have the right to. But if you claim that you are indeed a Christian, then you would know what the Lord wants, what He commands and what is pleasing to His eyes. No, it was Mary who supposedly saw Him first! (Matthew 28 & John 20-21). The meeting with Cleopas occured later that same day on the road, not at the tombsite. But Mary didn't recognize Jesus either ... hmmmmmm... could it be that that's because it wasn't Jesus after all??? LMAO!

Actually He died 2,000 years ago, & then some weirdo bought His corpse off the Romans & supposedly entombed it. Then the body was either stolen from the tomb, or was never put there in the first place. The lame attempts at staging a "resurrection" were laughable. Even His Disciples & Mary Magdalene didn't recognize Him, because of the simple fact it was someone else masquerading as Jesus. But Christians don't want to admit this to themselves.

The nit pickers will do whatever, to take our focus off of Jesus. Speaking in tongues is a side issue. The real issue is are you spiritually reborn in Christ Jesus? You will know in your spirit if you are saved from sin's penalty. Because some people speak in tongues I'm not going to ruin their worship experience by saying, "No" to it. You can be saved without speaking in tongues or are saved and be given the gift of speaking in tongues. Those who fuss about tongues are doing the devil's work

Ilove, Jesus makes an offer of eternal life and joy, peace, love, etc., now .... It is a free gift. But to have the free gift, you must first receive it. Being saved from sin's penalty isn't just somehow given to those who remain skeptics. It requires a heart change (repentance), meaning you change your mind about Jesus and His exclusive truth claims. Read the book of John first in the new testament. In a modern English translation. Jesus makes His claims about being the only way back.
