I made this two days ago and precisely used the measurements/instructions you gave. After 24 hours the dough was more like thick soup ~ no way to keep it in any form or shape. There was no way it could be formed or folded. I added a lot more flour until it looked like yours and it baked into a gummy mess. Does it really take 6 cups flour to 3 1/2 cups water?? I think there is a mistake in the ingredients given~? The "no knead" factor intrigues me as I can't knead from neck problems. Thanks!
