For those of you that support a State of Jefferson. I urge you to start raising awareness of this movement. Now is the time to form a State of Jefferson. Use the power of the internet and form groups on Facebook and Myspace. Write in your local newspaper and call your local radio stations. Let's make Jefferson a reality!

The state of jefferson is a great plan. Southern oregon is much more like northern California then it is the rest of oregon, and the same goes for California. they're populations are relitivily low, and the citizens need to be represented by someone who knows what that climate needs to survive. not what portland or sanfran needs to get by. you have my vote. ~Willamette Valley, Oregon.

Problem with that is, Cali wouldn't change, it's own country or not. Also, leaving the union is a bad idea, look what happened to the south.
