I like the concept, but the house design, in my opinion, needs to have windows so that no matter what the time period, the occupant(s) can look outside if they desire to do so.
@Derp1978 well the way i see it it would be possble to be living on the moon by the year 2060, & by 2110 will the people of the world be living on mars?!?!?!?!, well ill be the first one living on the moon lisa & guy (or mom & dad) on the other hand theyre be staying right here on earth. lol

How can it? Think about it... The world is becoming overpopulated. We cannot ALL have spacious houses. We'll need to compress. The way it looks (and I hope,) with what the future holds, we'll be spending less time in our homes anyway.
The "pod" community isn't a bad concept..however, you missed out on some aspects.
Such as..well, the toilet for one..self cleaning aspects..do you honestly believe people will be comfortable sleeping on the same cell they just took a crap on.
Linking 4 pods for specific purposes might get you by..also, keep in mind there will be need for storage space (clothes, things,)...
The concept is a good start, but alot more thought needs to go in it.

Really good work in the funcional way!
but maybe isn´t very comfortable
because is too small in some places like the living room,
too dark for the dimensions of the tall walls in comparison of the roof size
and without any color or texture? is like an hospital only with white.
This is my personal opinion, maybe i'am wrong, but anyway is a constructibe critic, i hope you take it of the better way.
in any case, is an excelent work of future innovation! good work!
