In 1969 he made the album tittled Abraxas" with Carlos Santana which featured this already popular song in all the Americas. The song became famous all over the world up to now. Looks like an audition for DANCING WITH THE STARS who don't know a Mambo or Cha cha cha from a disco. If you want to dance to OYE COMO VA listen to "LIVE AT BIRDLAND with TITO PUENTE 1999" Also try to look at videos that teach you how to dance on 2. The reason for that is the dance is meant to show of the lady more than the man anyway. "The lady is the picture, the gentleman is the frame." The guy can show off a bit as well, but not to the point that he outshines the lady. Plus, everything she does, the man leads her into it. She's not doing anything that he isn't telling her to do.
