AND the guy (carrying a child) getting his feet steam cleaned as he turns to run from the lead loco at the crossing. He misses seeing the train because he has to face away from it as he is running.

They were purchased by the parent company of the Iowa Interstate Railroad, from China, where steam is being replaced by Diesels, with the intent to bring them up to FRA standards and sell them to a tourist RR in the U.S. The video is of the demonstration run.
