wait, if the stealing of the back scratcherS is sketchy, does that mean it wasnt in the vhs one? if so, how did they explain his fake handS being cut off?
@Nxflameboy96 The VHS was the edited version that was not approved by Richard Williams. What you're seeing is a reconstruction of how Richard Williams wanted the film to be presented. The Thief does not talk at all in this version, as intended.
@ILUVlupin If a user doesn't have any strikes, Youtube can grant you the privilege to upload anything more than 15 minutes. You would see the blue notice on the Upload page.
@avickers1992 I said that a month ago BEFORE I'VE GOTTEN 2 COPYRIGHT STRIKES 2 DAYS AGO. There's your difference! ... Sorry, just f*cking pissed that Lucasfilm brought down my videos...
@FilmFTW1 I understand. And you also said 20th Century Fox were also the cause of the copyright strikes. Hell, 20th Century blocks their material on the Tube. I REALLY REALLY feel sorry for you -- at least you're still with us, for now.
I know many people will hate me for saying this but I have always loved the Miramax Version. Maybe it is because I grew up with it. At the time I didn't know there were other versions of this movie, so for all I knew I had the best version possible. I enjoy watching this "true" version, but for me it is more like watching an extended/redone version of a film. Not necessarily better... just different. I will love the thief's interior monologue for as long as I live!
was that th voice of VINCENT PRICE,TH GUY IN TH ROBE? that would make this is, possible from th 60s or 70s,am i rite?it was vincent price,i use 2 live in illinois, was walkin downtown 1 day n swear he walked past me'wow' "wat an eerry feelin came over me"!!!!

avickers1992 4 months ago
@avickers1992 Well, I found a .iso file on the torrent websites, which I used that file to convert to .m4v using Handbrake. It's 4.36 GBs.

I rented the Miramax cut when I was a kid and I quite enjoyed it. That said, this is a much better movie.
