  • Just shows how fast his pass was, most of you blind folks can't even see his quick one-two from his right to left. Idiots.

  • That looked like a basic pass to me...

  • denilson is easily one of the worst players i've ever seen in the premiership.

  • this is guy is awful....

  • for all you bellends that can't see it, its in the first few seconds he gets it on to his left and passes quickly........

  • i play football twice a week and i can do that really easily. its not hard just quick feet

  • @kawasakikid800 yeh n ur playing against the toughest opponents in the world

  • @xxwadalakxx no obviously not but regardless most ameteur footballers can do that its just a one two right foot left foot

  • @kawasakikid800 i knoww.. millions of people can .. im just saying when ur playing at the top level its not as easy

  • @xxwadalakxx id agree with that...you obviously get less time

  • It was so quick that I couldn't see it.

  • wow only 50% of his passes went sideways in this video, personal best

  • Treasure this video arsenal fans..its the best thing you will ever see denilson do

  • I feel Vunerable to the title of this video

  • BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM!...

Only when Owen Coyle smash that f**ker in the back of the head & into a comer, will the Sam "walrus face" Allardyce's ghost be exorcised from Bolton fc.

Only then will the transformation be complete... changing to a more passing style of football is NOT enough! heh.

  • @Spencer2k12 nah denilson is a good squad player

  • this is very simple . i don't speak english too well, but i'll try .

He was putting all of his weight in his left leg, than he touches the ball to the left, and immeaditly transfer the body weight to right e turn a little bit the foot, just to direct the ball ; this is reaaaaally simple, actually, I bet you guys do it a lot and don't even realize, cause it's instinticve .

  • @jimmyzud0 phail

  • Good post. This is exactly what I thought. You're english is fine as well ;)

  • the thing is the first pass 0:02 he touches the ball twice and makes the pass through the defenders

  • i dont get the thing..

  • crap

  • Almost every premier league midfeilder could do that. arsenal fans need to calm down and look at the state of thier club.

  • LMAO...hahhaa..nice

  • Esse Denílson não joga bosta nenhuma!

  • hmm, i musta missed the 'quick pass'

  • @studyboy2007 IT IS REALLY A SIPLE ONE

  • @studyboy2007 Cos you are an idiot who got nothin to do with football

  • @studyboy2007 must be blind i guess

  • @studyboy2007 if u knew about football u 'd understand that he's talking about the 0:01 seconds , when denilson pass the ball from he's right ,to the left foot and then to the other player :)) sorry for that english.

  • veio de onde??? São Paulo \ooo

  • no hes good but weak if we did not have denilkson we would pretty shited

  • he is good

but he is no partner of fabregas , next to fab is is crap

next to fab we need veloso

  • gay

  • yer Denilson is still very young

as he grows older he will become more physical in his playing style

  • he's average

  • no he aint average..

he just cant play defensively so good...

he is technical and talented however...

  • denilson played amazing when fabregas was absent at the start of the season, he looks like he could be a real class player.

  • no he meant hull

  • Denilson is class. N represents Arsenal all day everyday! He came 2 dis club very young jus' like F. Fabregas. Signed young n becomes big

  • unfortunately he cant defend for shit, but hes really talented offensively

  • True, But we need 2 rest him ait more, but when he is fully focused, he can be fantastic

  • true but still we need a dm who can take the dirty work flamini left only for money greedy boy now he pays the price by sitting on the bench at milan but denilson will make it no worries :)

  • I think people are too obsessed with having this ball winning "holding" midfielder in todays game. Vieira sure as hell didnt sit back when he has playing next to Edu or Petit. As long as they have some form of ball winning capability then they're good. Look at Fabregas, he is anything but defensive, but has a great record for interceptions and tackles. Denilson isn't (and wont ever be) a "holding" midfielder, but he can win the ball as he has been doing. Song is the only holding player we have.

  • I don't really agree with you here mate, Denilson doesn't win the ball often enough to play next to Cesc who's brilliant defensively but also likes to attack a lot. This is obvious since we're having a real poor season, and I think one of the major problems is this, we don't win enough ball in the midfield

  • My personal opinion is that our early season defensive issues werent down to individual personell, but more down to the fact that we werent playing the Arsenal way. We play best when we both attack & defend AS A TEAM. This wasn't happening in the first half of the season. Although I would like to see the stats on who's the better ball winner out of Denilson and Cesc. Cesc has definitely improved in that area as I said, but I wouldnt go as far as to say that he's better defensively than Denilson.

  • My first comment was basically just defending the guy, who still gets alot of stick. The goals and assists show that even though he works from a much deeper position than Cesc, he still adds to our attack. He's certainly underrated, but still I would rather see Vieira mk2 (Diaby) next to Cesc. As I said, Denilson's not a 'holding' player, just someone who works from a deeper position, Diaby could take on the same role, his size would make him more dominant defensively, yet he's better in attack.

  • i think this season we'll really find out which of the two belongs next to cesc. diaby is a bit better in attacking, but he also loses the ball frequently. he'll make a brilliant pass that leads to a goal but then lose the ball every time he touches it for the rest of the game. denilson is consistent, he's not flashy, but he also doesn't take a lots of risks in going forward. he can lose the ball sometimes to a a tackler, but his passing is almost always REALLY good. there's always rosicky too.

  • I think Song is the only realistic option at the moment. Like you said, Diaby loses the ball too often. He'll only be the Vieira mk2 that people expect him to be if he improves on the physical & defensive side to his game. I'm not sure about Denilson though, he's not strong enough to be an out & out holding mdfielder, & he's not good in attack (although he does chip in with goals), he's a bit of an all rounder, but you're right, he keeps posession well with good passing. But Song does the same,

  • I'd like to see the 4-4-2 back. We're including Diaby & Denilson when we don't need either of them. Song next to Cesc is good enough. By including Denilson or Diaby as well, we take out a second striker, which changes everything. Our wingers play better in a 4 man midfield, where they can cut in behind the strikers & create. RVP also plays better when he plays behind a more advanced striker, linking up between that striker & Cesc. The 4-3-3 leaves RVP & our wingers isolated.

  • i agree that so far this season we haven't been able to link up RVP as effectively as i'd like. for me, i think we might be able to run a 4-3-3 in a similar fashion to Barcelona. we can have Song play the deepest in a holding role, with Arshavin and Cesc as the attacking central midfielders. put walcott on the right wing, Rosicky or Diaby on the left and RVP or Bendtner as the lone striker. i think it's important to take advantage of the attacking talent we have and get them all on the pitch.

  • Lets not forget about Eduardo, he plays great when he covers on the left wing also, and we still have Nasri to come back. I would love to see Arshavin or Rosicky in a central position next to Cesc, but naturally whichever of the two arent playing centrally would be on the opposite wing to Walcott, which would push both Denilson, Diaby, Eduardo, Nasri and Bendtner out of the starting team.

  • @83BarFly no 4-3-3 is a attacking formation arsenal tends to like playing total footballer and attacking full backs. therefore having 4-3-3 gives alot more room for fullbacks. 4-3-3 allows potential scoring wingers to score more often eg. arshavin.

  • Our full-backs have unfortunately been more static this season. In the 4-4-2 formation, our wingers cut in bhind the strikers, leaving space for the full-backs to overlap the wingers. This is more suited to Arsenal's wingers because if you look back, Overmars, Freddie, Pires, Hleb, Rsicky, Nasri and Arshavin, they're all more suited to paying behind strikers, in the role that Cesc plays. They ALL started in the attacking midfield role, this is their natural game, not isolated on the wings.

  • @Blinkadams maicon

  • I don't think it gives more room. It doesn't matter what formation you play the basic idea is the same, get your fullbacks to over lap and run into space. We've been unable to put them in space for a variety of reasons. None of which relate to our formation.
