  • Eat more satisfying food and just move more

  • Ah, poorly designed pamphlets, the reason why 99% of all weight loss programs fail.

  • It's not how much you eat.. it's what you eat.

  • Holla! Have you tried - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my friend got great 6 pack abs and lost lots of weight with it.

  • sign of the times. people think that if they arent paying for something, it's not going to work

  • I lost 175lbs in 3 months but now I weight -50 lbs which seams kind of dangerous

  • @PatrickS921 weigh*

  • 24 people like to eat more and move less

  • this is sad. stop making fun of fat peeple its not nice . eeew she was eating like a pig blah.

  • What ever, man. Crista Flanagan can be fat and still looks pretty.

  • All you fat people complaining about what happens after you stop deserve to be fat. Everyone else does it, it's a rarity to have a high metabolism your whole life. Quit being lazy, and feeling privileged. You really think you have some kind of special body where you should be able to eat whatever and not get big? Keep dreaming you porky porkers while the rest of us are at the gym laughing at your fat lazy ass.

  • great!!! its realy true!!!

  • Oh wow this reminds me of my ex ... lol

  • This is "one of" the Mad TV "Eat less, Move More" videos that help me loose 51 pounds. And I'm not kidding. I realized they were right. I was fat because I wanted to be. I had a choice. And once you get used to it, diet (lean meats, fruits, and vegetables) and exercise (20 minute walk a day) are really not that hard to do. Most importantly, the way you feel about yourself once you start slimming down, is phenomenal. It really is worth it. I've kept the weight off for over 2 years.

  • @rumours77 Yea fat people just have no self-discipline

  • @rumours77 Good for you! This video is funny but it actually inspired me too!

  • @rumours77 wow man, im proud of you for taking on a positive dream/goal, and following through, good job!!

  • @windhowl22

Thank you!! :) And it really does work. I look better at 50 than I did at 40.

  • @rumours77 np!

  • this is a poorly designed pamphlet.

  • Unless you have a medical or psychological condition that causes that kind of weight gain, there's no excuse to be that fucking huge.

  • over eating is very harmful - therefore it is an addiction - refined sugar is a drug - it is the most powerful addiction toovercome

tell a heroin addict to simply stop taking heroin - will that work? not always even though it has to be a slow weaning process

one simply cannot live without food or escape it - it is everywhere - peop[e that overeat to the extent where their physical appearence is harmed are addicted to food/sugar and usually eat to fill the gap of emotional denial

  • Hahahahha

    Fat people

I love looking like a greek god

  • this is funny as heck.

Partly because its based on reality.

their are so many people like this in real life.

  • I love this, fat equals lazy, its just a crime to say it

  • the only funny part was in the last 5 seconds

  • Comment removed

  • Thumbs up to let the Uneducated people know that is completely true, hard work, discipline eating, and moving around.

  • lol

  • @diees Plenty of men act, don't be so narrow minded

  • "This is a poorly designed pamphlet:" lol

  • This is so sadly true! It's what my typical client sounds like, and my health and fitness programs really do save them money! It's crazy! LOVE IT!!! SMILES!

  • Someone ELSE'S problem is ALWAYS about 'will power'. Sure - for many people - eating less and moving more IS the solution. But it's not always that simple. And if you think it is - then perhaps it's YOU who are 'simple'.

  • @CanadaCraig You, do realize it's mad tv rite????

And i've only seen a few cases in which eating less and moving more wouldn't be the solution.

Those were where people had bad matabolism and etc etc.

But, the VAST FRICKEN MAJORITY! Would lose weight by eatingless and moving more.

  • @Microtardz And for alcoholics - just stop drinking. And for drugs addicts - just stop taking drugs. Simple eh? You're not really THAT naive - are you? People RARELY overeat [In a compulsive way] because they 'love food'. It's far more complicated than that. [No matter what YOUR eyes have seen] And yes - thanks. I realize it's MadTV.

  • @CanadaCraig Compulsive eaters are not the vast majority.

Compulsive eaters have reasons outside of "loving food" which is true, some eat when they're happy, sad, depressed. Then it becomes a habit.

Repeat something 37 times, and you can over write a habit with a new one.

  • @CanadaCraig Amen! If only our problems were as easy to fix as other people's, eh?

  • @CanadaCraig this is correct. Fat storage is a direct cause of elevated Insulin levels in the blood. Unfortunately the high carbohydrate society we live in has caused this epidemic of obesity. Some people have a natural ability to process carbohydrate, but most do not. If people moved from to a meal plan focused on meat and fats and vegetable... and dropped the breads, rice, pastas and refined sugars... the world would be a healthier and skinnier place. Should check out fathead-movie.

  • 40lbs down in 5 months, thank you MADtv

  • mad tv saved my life, i lost 25 pounds on this diet and avoided eating my neighbors dog

  • This diet plan is a fraud. As soon as you STOP "eating less and moving more" you gain all the weight back

  • @confettistar That's the point though, you're not supposed to lose weight, then just got back to your old eating habits and stop excercising. Keep doing it! It's called a healthy lifestyle.

  • @F386Longrifle

Really? I thought this was a real diet commercial.

  • @confettistar ._.

  • 20 people are having problems turning the pamphlet over

  • lol I am fatter now than I've ever been!!! too funny...

  • this still cracks me up!!!

  • "At least I'll be asleep!" LMAO!!! And what the HELL is she spending $350/day on? I wish I had her money!

  • Typical American style! If you try to help , in return they will tell "You don't know me!"

  • @chickenflu4 that's typical human style

  • Haha. and she has a fruit bowl on the right. hhaah

  • After seeing Crista's photoshoot in Playboy I wish she'd move less so I can catch her.

  • she has a HUGE nose lol

  • im starting the eat less move more plan tomorrow!

  • ET JAST WARKS

  • I've lost 122 pounds eating less and moving more. I feel AWESOME :)

  • Know what. icantsee24 is a huge douche.

  • It's sad how the obesity rate has gone up mostly in southern part of the u.s

  • Memo to FAT Americans:

    ''Eat less, move MORE!''

  • @SellTheBenefits memo to douchebag europeans:

    talk less, respect more

  • @SellTheBenefits memo to douchebag europeans:

    talk less, respect more

  • I've been on the eat less move more program for the last two weeks.....I would like to inform everyone an added side effect is MORE SEX, yes MORE SEX .......which coincidentally happens to involve more movement...

  • Classic! This is exactly what fat people are like.

  • @Olio89 I move a lot but i drink a lot of beer....and thats a diet killer :D

  • But this is a scam right? Like it's THAT easy

  • I love this weight loss program. It is so easy!

  • I love Crista Flanagan...

  • 127750 is what she spends on groceries a year which is more than a mediocre house

  • "How in God's name will I remember all this?" She's soooo stupid...I love Crista Flanagan.

  • "The Keebler Elves love fat ladies. We're like black dudes that way!" hahahha

  • 18 people are not eating less/moving more

  • So perfect showing of how we say i want that! but sometimes we just dont want to pay the price for it, for all the reasons this vid shows. Awesome!

  • about 350 dollars a day. Good lord! lol too funny

  • This movie is so true to some of the phat people. They are just lazy and avoid doing sport.

  • Crista Flanagan is still hot, even in a fat suit

  • @DJTwilight you know she did playboy right?

  • @meloveanna OMFG! just saw the pics. thank you thank you thank you!

  • @camaroman101 hahaha, glad i could help!

  • wow...this is the best weight loss commercial i've ever seen...tho I don't think it was meant to be be an actual weight loss commercial.. o_o

  • Hey hey hey. Not everyone can be perfect, and not everyone had an easy time losing weight. I love this skit, epic. But not everyone can't lose weigh just because they're lazy. Some people have really low metabolisms, and would have to either exercise like crazy or starve themselves in order to be "skinny". Besides, skinny isn't always healthy. I have a high metabolism, so I always look pretty thin, but I've been unhealthy as crap before, having two pounds of lard with a chokehold on my heart, s

  • @HighQueenLunaris

Losing weight isn't easy in general, you'll see results if you keep going at it.

  • @HighQueenLunaris Metabolism can be increased by eating less (and healthier) and moving more. It forces the body to be more efficient. It's the same concept as expanding lung capacity and increasing oxygen intake by living in the mountains.

  • What! Thought it was EAT MORE, MOVE LESS...stupid dyslexia

  • @SSgtParmer im not even joking that is some of the stupidest shit ive ever heard. with no actual proof pfat0 expects me to believe a human brain can shrink. i bet pfat0 thinks geniuses have bigger brains then everyone else. what about all the fat doctors, lawyers, and scientists? does pfat0 think those highly intelligent people are just exceptions to the rule they made up? its almost as bad as believing that being fat restricts blood flow to the brain.

  • 25% of North-Americans and rising!

  • A few years ago I lost 40 lbs in 4 months only using Eat Less, imagine if I'd flipped the pamphlet over. The weight's still off btw. It really works!

  • 350 dollars a day

  • The sad part of this video is how true the "message" is. Most people want the quick fix for everything...pills, surgery etc etc. Know one wants to do their "due diligence".

These are the same folks who run to get their FLU shot every year instead of changing their diet and being "self responsible" for their own health. That is why I went the vegetarian route. All animals used for food are pumped with growth hormones and all of the latest vaccines.

peace and conscience love to all life~~~

  • I want to give her some biscits with a side of chesee

  • 'BULLCRAP'

  • Wish this was an infomercial rather than the scams they air at night--it's the actual solution! Reminds me so much of guys in my dorm. They were watching TV and said, "God, I'd do ANYTHING to be ripped like that" and I said, what about workout and eat right and they were like, "Anything besides that."

  • @tuber33 lol. What's wrong with us?

  • .."at least I'd be asleep!" LMAO

  • great quality!

  • "I've tried just about everything to lose weight" except for the actual way to do it!

Exercise and a healthy diet cures depression, low self-esteem, muscle aches, weakness. It makes your skin healthier, it reduces anxiety.

The hormones and chemicals in your body fat have a negative impact on your brain, and the lack of nutrition most fat people get (mostly from eating "low fat" garbage) actually makes their brains shrink. There's a direct correlation between fat and stupid.

  • @pfat0 Fat and stupid? Peter Griffin? :)

  • @pfat0 wow.... if that's true you must be huge.

  • the humor about this skit is that its not really a joke. if i had to reduce the entirety of my graduate work in exercise physiology and preventative healthcare into 4 words, they would be same

  • @keysersozae Veru true lol. when i'm active (im in university so between study sleep class and friends i neglect my exercise some days ^.^'''). I find myself craving healthy foods rather than junk too.

Eat less, move more ftw lol.

  • also expecting 6.5 billion people to all work the same inside is like expecting everyone to be 6 feet tall because you are.

  • meh i eat very little and am highly physically active, i weigh now what i did 7 years ago 200 pounds. i wonder what i would weigh if i didn't do anything and ate tones.. oh wait i tried that once for 4 months.. i gained 10 pounds and couldn't gain anymore. i don't really care how fat a person is as long as they try their best to be physically active.

  • @Montork

It also depends on what you eat, I mean I eat a ton of plain foods... Tuna, Chicken, Meat, veges etc.. No sauces, no mayo no cheese etc .. but my body fat is single digit.

Processed foods... you have to minimize the intake of those.. but it's best to completely avoid them altogether imo.

  • @orasis by i eat very little i mean i eat one meal a day, and because i only have one meal i try to get a balance of all sorts of nutrients. Cheddar cheese, noddles, vegetables, potatoes, all types of meat, fruit, rice, are all part of regular rotation in my meal. my family was always a firm believer that the body needs a healthy balance containing all sorts of foods in small doses.

  • lol americans :L

  • "... we're like black dudes that way" LOLOLOLOLOL

  • 350 dollars a day!!! lmao

  • You don't know me! lol

  • Know what. I'm on the eat less, move more program. I've lost 6 pounds so far.

  • @icantsee24

    Me too! 10 lbs!!

  • @icantsee24 can you give me a link to the program, is it online? thanks..

  • I went on this plan, and it's the first one that worked for me. I highly recommend "Eat less, move more" to anyone who wants to lose weight. And after the first month of being on the program it saved me so much money that it started paying for itself.

    Thanks Eat less, move more.

  • Unless you have cushings disease, you have no excuse to be fat.

  • Best advice ever !!

  • this makes me want to eat less and move more

  • Hahahaha this is exactly what I did and I'm down 90 lbs. actually now I can eat mountains of food because I took up parkour.

  • @TheRealFbF That's eat more, move more.

I know the diet is complicated but don't move more so you can eat more. It isn't interplanetary ballistics your know.

  • @johnaiton Well I'm not moving more so I can eat more, I just eat mountains because I'm training for parkour for about 3-4 hours every other day. It's pretty tough stuff. It;s all wholesome food, so it does nothing but increase muscle mass and efficiency :D

I was merely stating that I CAN eat mountains. :D

  • GOD CRISTA IS HILARIOUS IN THIS ONE

  • this. is. so. true . JUST MOVE MORE ! stop using those scooters to get you around & stop eating junk food. just cutting out chips helps you lose weight. imagine cutting down on the others?

  • @radinkaj

That's another problem in modern society... and why there is much more obesity... people use motorized transportation far, far too often.

Look, if the store is 15-20 minutes away -- take a bike ride! Heck you'll burn some cals, save gas (and money) and *gasp* even do something good for the environment at the same time.

  • @radinkaj but...but...but i love scooters :(

  • the crazy strange thing isnt that this is true, but it is that christa still looks kinda hot lmaoo(:

  • this is great. gluttony is the "accepted sin" in america: we're told that it's just "the way people are" and not to blame them, but the fact is that they're doing it voluntarily to themselves! it's absolutely tragic.

  • DONT BLAME OVERWEIGHT PEOPLE!!!

The government has us all addicted

  • @duecepitbull OH NO!! i can't MOVE, because im addicted to food!!! oh my god, cant stop eating NOOOOO

  • @duecepitbull bullshit

  • Funny because it's true.

  • @furuilulz It totally is and I'm not even in the best shape, either. lol This sketch rules.

  • I know a bunch of people like that

  • wow this is calling out all fat people on their shit.

  • This is so true. Thats all we need to do! Everything you want you must work for it.

  • I Am uploading season one of mad TV on my channel with the original cast members. Go to my channel to watch the episodes.

  • bull crap you don't know me// reminds me of king of the Hill. Let go of my purse, you don't know me.

  • *devils advocate*

i just finished the p90x workout and the diet called for eating more....5 times a day. although that food was tons of lean protein and veggies. eating was actually a chore lol (obviously no double stuffed marshmallow fudge cookies....in fact nothing sugary except fruit)

although the part about moving more is definitely true lol

  • @illdthedj Regarding food intake eating less or more refer to energy content not volume or weight.

  • @illdthedj p90x focuses on muscle development. If you want to build muscle, yes you have to eat more. Most of it protein. Oreos are 1% protein. Chicken breast is 80% protein. If you would have just eaten the p90x diet and not done any exercise, you probably would have gained 10-20lbs of pure fat over those 3 months.

  • @pfat0 Oreos are 6% protein; chicken breasts are about 30% protein(they're mostly made of water). There is zero, none, nada evidence that you need significantly higher protein intake to build muscle beyond what you get from just increasing your caloric intake.

  • Whole lot of broscience up in here.

  • This is crazy enough to work!

  • I think the Japanese have got it right all along. Eat fish and other seafood, use low/no fat and low sodium cooking methods, don't over indulge in alcohol and other destructive elements, and look at their life expectancy. It doesn't take a nutritionist to see that it all makes sense. But what's common sense may not be so to a lot of people. I wouldn't name names here.

  • i agree with you 100%.Eat fish and other seafood, use low/no fat and LOW SODIUM cooking methods,NEVER indulge in alcohol and other destructive elements. anil Reddy.

  • That's exactly what I typed, word for word, but ok...

  • ok..

  • lol use reg fat products...just eat less or them...eg 4% fat yogurt is more nutrient dense( fat) than 0%...just EAT LESS .....No have NO FAT PRODUCTS they have to have the fat extracted from them...40 years ago they did not need to extract anything....trust me go with whole milk etc etc..just eat less of it :)

  • Moderate drinkers as a group have fewer heart-attacks, are less likely to suffer from hypertension, less peripheral artery disease and less alzheimers, lower all-cause mortality and not to mention they have more fun.

  • @JapanForSale the japanese get most things right

  • This is a comedy video, dude. You just ruined it.
